Photorealistic city

This project was created by following a tutorial and offered a different approach to creating models and environment. It utilises 3D models of a city, in this case they were created from a height map of the city of Brooklyn found on the OpenStreetMap website. The project also only consists of a small number of textures that are reused repeatedly. This project taught me how to create large scale environments and texture them simply and efficiently, it also taught me how to composite renders, something which I had not used prior to undertaking this project.

Disclaimer- this model was created with the assistance of a tutorial. Thus, it may bear resemblance to other models but it was entirely created by myself.
